In 2012, RD Rýmařov participated in an important residential development project in Łódź, Poland. The construction of four-storey apartment buildings used light prefabrication technology, enabling efficient and fast implementation of multi-storey buildings.
The project included several apartment buildings with two- and three-room units. In the first stage alone, a total of 64 apartments were built.
The construction of the multi-storey buildings demonstrated the possibilities of prefabricated timber structures. Individual building components were prepared in advance during production and then assembled directly on site.
This approach helped shorten the construction time while maintaining a high level of precision in the individual structural elements.

RD Rýmařov has many years of experience in the production and assembly of prefabricated timber buildings. In addition to family houses, this technology can also be used in larger residential and development projects where speed, production accuracy and efficient construction are important.
